Return Policy

We offer a return policy for 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@biovartechnologies.com with your order details (order date/email address/order number) and reason for return.

Returned items should be in their original packaging (if possible) and include all manuals and accessories. Please clean your Droidcure of any plant material/residue before return.

Refunds and Processing Time

We will refund your original payment method minus $20.00, which covers the cost of shipping to you and a small maintenance/restocking fee. Maintenance/restocking covers disassembly, component testing, and housing destruction/recycling.

  • Expect refunds for unused/unopened items within 2 weeks of receiving your return.
  • Used or opened items may take 4-6 weeks for processing due to additional cleaning and safety measures.
  • Damaged item exchanges will be reviewed by our support team and processed within 2 weeks, subject to availability.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service for your own peace of mind.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.

Damaged Items

Please contact us at support@biovartechnologies.com if you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving it in the mail. We will first work with you to troubleshoot, then determine the next steps on a by-case basis if a replacement/return is needed.
