Return Policy
We offer a return policy for 30 days from the date of purchase for all items in our shop.
Initiating Your Return
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details (order date/email address/order number) and reason for return.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to Burnsville, Minnesota, USA. We recommend using a trackable service for your own peace of mind. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.
For Droidcure Merch
Returned merch, e.g. tees or hats, should be sent back within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for return shipping, and refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item.
For Droidcures
If your unit is undamaged and you’d like to return it, you must send it back within 30 days. We will refund your original payment method minus $20.00, which covers the original cost of shipping to you and a small maintenance/restocking fee. Maintenance/restocking covers disassembly, component testing, and housing destruction/recycling.
You can expect refunds within 2 weeks of us receiving your return.
Damaged Items
Please contact us at [email protected] if you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving it in the mail, or if your unit experiences a failure.
We will first work with you to troubleshoot, then determine the next steps on a by-case basis if a replacement/return is needed. We will assist with this up to 1 year after your purchase date.
Please note, units that have been opened & tampered with cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
If you place an order then wish to cancel your purchase, please email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. If your unit has already shipped, your cancellation request will be processed as a return. In such cases, please wait to receive your order and then follow the instructions above for initiating a return.
3rd Party Purchases
If your Droidcure was purchased from a grow store or another 3rd party, you should return your device directly to them.
